Shipping and Returns

We take orders via our store website on our automated customer service system. The orders and returns are tracked in our system to provide accurate information on our products tracking and quality system. We ship within 3-7 business days depending on product , distribution and availability. Shipping can take several days depending on the destination and method of shipment. If you prefer certain shipping methods other than what is offered please contact our customer service manager for more information.

Shipments to your location

What happens when you choose shipment door to door?  Our company will ship products from the distribution point , manufacturing plant to the customer. We take the responsibility to ship the products to your location by your desired method of shipping and pre-paid insurance.  The customer pays for shipping , handling and other fees associated with shipping as needed. We use USPO , UPS, and Fed Ex or other carriers based on availability and cost. Handling fees may be charged in instances were packaging, labeling ad other misc. expenses are incurred.

International delivery

We don not ship internationally unless it is pre-paid freight or agreed upon with confirmation from our sales/customer service manager. The customer is responsible for all duties , regulations and other charges that may apply to international shipments.
